Refund and Return Policy

1. Acceptance of Policy

This Refund and Return Policy forms an integral part of iloblancopr's Terms and Conditions. By placing an order through our website, you expressly agree to this Policy.

2. Print-on-Demand Production

All products are individually manufactured under a print-on-demand model. Each item is produced specifically for the customer's order.

Therefore, returns or refunds are not accepted for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect size selection
  • Color preference changes
  • Post-purchase modifications

3. Claims for Defects or Errors

Claims will only be considered if:

  • The product has manufacturing defects;
  • There is a printing error; or
  • The received item does not match the confirmed order.

Customers must notify us within thirty (30) calendar days after the confirmed delivery date.

Claims must include:

  • Order number;
  • Clear photographic evidence; and
  • A detailed description of the issue.

iloblancopr reserves the right to request additional information before issuing a determination.

4. Resolution

If a claim is approved, we may, at our sole discretion:

  • Provide a replacement at no additional cost; or
  • Issue a partial or full refund to the original payment method.

Approved refunds will be processed within five (5) to ten (10) business days.

5. Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled if they have not yet entered production.

Once production has started, the order cannot be canceled.

6. Shipping and Delivery

iloblancopr does not guarantee specific delivery dates.

If a package is marked as delivered by the carrier but the customer reports not receiving it, we will cooperate in the corresponding investigation with the shipping provider.

However, iloblancopr shall not be responsible for:

  • Incorrect addresses provided by the customer;
  • Carrier delays; or
  • Events beyond our reasonable control.

7. Limitation of Liability

iloblancopr's maximum liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product that is the subject of the dispute.
