By accessing the Site or placing an order, the user agrees to be bound by these Terms and any additional policies published on the Site.

iloblancopr operates as an e-commerce business offering customized products under a print-on-demand production model through third-party suppliers.

iloblancopr does not directly manufacture the products offered.

3. User Accounts

If you create an account, you are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials;
• All activities conducted under your account; and
• Providing accurate and current information.

4. Prices, Taxes, and Payments

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD).

Customers are responsible for any applicable taxes under the laws of Puerto Rico or the United States.

We reserve the right to:

• Correct pricing errors;
• Cancel orders with obvious pricing mistakes; and
• Limit quantities per customer.

5. Availability and Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or limit products without prior notice.

We do not guarantee permanent availability of any item.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and products are provided "as is" and "as available."

To the maximum extent permitted by law, iloblancopr disclaims implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• iloblancopr shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages;
• iloblancopr shall not be liable for technical interruptions of the Site;
• iloblancopr shall not be liable for acts or omissions of third-party suppliers.

Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

All content on the Site is the exclusive property of iloblancopr.

If you believe any content infringes intellectual property rights, you may notify us in writing and provide reasonable supporting evidence.

9. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Failure to enforce any right shall not constitute a waiver of that right.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Puerto Rico and applicable federal laws of the United States.

12. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time.

Changes shall not affect orders completed prior to the effective date of the modification.
